Charles and Keith is priced way high in Philippines than in Singapore, whether its a sale season or not. So I skipped lunch earlier and went to the Charles & Keith, Pedro Warehouse Sale. Skipping lunch was all worth it. I went with my brother and his female office mates and we all scored great bargains. You can get up to 70% discounts on most footwear and accessories.
