Do not just focus on your problem area. In my case its my thunder thighs, belly and flabby arms. There are clothes and accessories that helps us draw attention away from these problem areas by just accentuating other favorite parts of our bodies. Focus on that other parts of your body. or wear that sexy heels.. or don those bib necklace.. or maybe wear a bold hot pink lipstick.. 


Love your body and your body will love you back. The key to sustainable fitness or weight loss is loving yourself.
